Synaesthesia

Synaesthesia is a playful installation by Architecture Social Club that projects large scent-infused smoke rings from one end of the space to the other.

Inspired by fragrance wardrobing, the installation visualises the alchemy of perfume through the collision of two vapour rings infused with scents. Accompanied by carefully curated light and sound, visitors can immerse themselves in the installation, walking around the space and engaging with the vapor rings, inducing a multi-sensory cathartic experience.

Lewis worked with Architecture Social Club on the design, fabrication, and installation of the piece.
