Olive + Squash

Lewis worked with Architecture Social Club on the design and fit-out of Olive + Squash; a sustainable, seasonal café in central London.

An undulating ceiling constructed from Scots Pine extrusions creates a rich textural experience that softens the environment, catching the light in unique ways. The Corten steel surfaces below create a contrast, making a warm yet highly functional space to enjoy.

Lewis led the technical design, fabrication, and installation of the ceiling, managing a small team to deliver the project.
